What mail server do I use to collect my email?
If MarketingMatch have access to your DNS records, by default your mail server for both incoming and outgoing mail will be mail.yourcompany.co.uk where "yourcompany.co.uk" is replaced with your domain name.
Can I access statistics for my website?
Yes. Please contact MarketingMatch for your login details. The statistics can be access at http://stats.marketingmatch.net
Are MarketingMatch able to offer dial-up internet access?
For customer from the United Kingdom, Yes. Dial Up Internet Access supports ISDN and PSTN lines. Users will be charged by their telephone provider for cost of all calls made to the access number. MarketingMatch are unable to offer support for this dial up service. If your telephone number is withheld from where you are calling, please prefix the dial up number with 1470. This service is only available in the UK.
